Herbs, lettuce, and silverbeet are abundant and of good quality. Pumpkin season is in full swing with all varieties available at low prices. Celery, carrots, and zucchini are also abundant and of high quality.
Apple and pear season is starting, with Gala and Mutzu new season varieties already available. Local limes and Meyer lemons are already here, and the citrus season is expected to be strong this year.
Potatoes are in a shifting phase at the moment with the end of the Queensland season and the start of the Tasmanian season, so the price is still a touch higher until they are in full season.
Red capsicum will be a touch short for the next couple of weeks but will be in full swing by the end of March.
Stone fruit, mangoes, and other tropical fruits are slowly coming to an end.
Unfortunately, grape season will be extremely short due to last year's weather. Also, kale is only available from one Victorian farm once a week, so it will be in short supply until the Queensland growers start producing.
Please note that due to the nature of organic farming, our seasonal availability list is subject to change. Factors beyond our control like weather, farming conditions, and transportation can affect availability. While we'll do our best to keep everything in stock, we cannot make any guarantees.

Natto is a nutritious food, rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, with potential health benefits like improving blood circulation, reducing blood clots, and boosting the immune system. However, its polarizing taste, slimy texture, and pungent smell make it a love-it-or-hate-it food. While some describe its flavor as nutty or savory, others find it overpowering. The stringy, sticky texture can be off-putting, and its unique smell can be potent. Despite this, many still incorporate natto into their diet for its health benefits and some even develop a taste for it over time. Have you tried it?
